ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
Passport and Visa information
Your passport needs to be valid for at least six (6) months after your journey ends, and should have a minimum of seven (7) blank visa pages for entry and exit stamps.
CAMBODIA
A tourist visa is required for U.S. and Canadian passport holders for entry into Cambodia
There are currently two options available as outlined below. VietFoot Travel recommends a visa on arrival.
Visa on Arrival: A tourist visa can be obtained on arrival at all points of entry. The current fee for a single-entry visa is USD $30 (subject to change without notice) and must be paid in cash in U.S. dollars or local currency. Note: The website of the Cambodian immigration authority lists the requirement for one passport-sized photo to obtain a visa on arrival. While this requirement may only be sporadically enforced, carrying a photo is a prudent precaution.
Visa Stamp: A visa stamp in your passport can be obtained either by applying directly to a Cambodian consulate or through a visa processing service. While there are additional costs involved in using a visa service, this option is available for guests who prefer assistance in the visa process.
LAOS
A tourist visa is required for U.S. and Canadian passport holders for entry into Laos
There are currently two options available as outlined below. VietFoot Travel recommends a visa on arrival.

THAILAND
Holders of U.S. and Canadian passports are not required to obtain a tourist visa for entry into Thailand for stays of up to 30 days.
VIETNAM
A tourist visa is required for U.S. and Canadian passport holders for entry into Vietnam and must be obtained prior to departure
There are currently two options available as outlined below. VietFoot Travelrecommends a visa stamp.
Visa Stamp: A visa stamp in your passport can be obtained either by applying directly to a Vietnamese consulate or through a visa processing service. While there are additional costs involved in using a visa service, this option is available for guests who prefer assistance in the visa process.
Electronic Visa (eVisa): To apply for an eVisa, visit evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/. The current fee for a single-entry visa, which is valid for 30 days, is USD $25 (subject to change without notice). The validity of an eVisa starts from your date of arrival in Vietnam, not from the date of issuance. Read and follow all instructions carefully to ensure a smooth arrival in Vietnam. Please be aware that reported technical problems with the eVisa website are common. In addition, eVisas are not valid for all water crossings into Vietnam.
When filling out your visa application form in either case, please refer to the personalized, dated itinerary provided to you by VietFoot Travel to make certain that the dates you list on your visa application match your entry/exit dates for Vietnam. Citizens of other countries should contact the appropriate consular office for entry requirements pertaining to their journey.

Vaccinations
A yellow fever vaccination is only required to enter the nations of Southeast Asia if you are arriving from, or have transited through, a yellow fever-endemic area in South America or Africa. The CDC and WHO each provide a current list of all affected countries. If your physician advises against receiving the vaccination because of your personal medical history, he or she can provide you with the necessary documentation for the country/countries you are visiting.
